The Best of Show competition is offered for all student media outlets participating in the Minnesota High School Press Association annual convention on Oct. 8. To participate in Best of Show, students are required to attend the convention.

Best of Show entries are due by 9 a.m. at the conference.

Announced at the MHSPA Awards Ceremony, the Best of Show winners in each category will receive a plaque.

Best of Show entries are purchased as part of the convention’s online registration process at $20 per entry. Payment may be made at the convention.

Broadcast News Program

Enter your most recent broadcast news program aired during the 2026-27 school year and submitted as a URL link. (YouTube or Vimeo). The news program must be housed on a site or channel owned a school student media outlet and not a personal site or channel. Enter using this link:

Literary Arts Magazine
